Corydon, IA. Shivvers is proud to announce the addition of Melissa Abel and Debbie Ewing to the Sales & Service Team. Melissa and Debbie were added to the team to help meet the needs of the company’s current and future customer base.
Melissa has accepted the position of Inside Sales Coordinator for the Lawn Mower Sales Department. Her duties include taking requests for quotations, orders and lead time and relaying pertinent information. She will be coordinating with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing customer service.
Debbie has accepted the position of Administrative Assistant and Warranty Administrator. Her duties will include assisting administrative staff with every day business procedures and special events and processing warranty claims for the Lawn Mower Sales Department.
Brandita Taylor has been repositioned to the role of Program Coordinator for the Lawn Mower Sales Department. Her responsibilities include processing dealer and distributor sales program, co-op advertising, and retail financing reports. She will also maintain dealer and distributor manuals and dealer information.
Shivvers and Country Clipper are excited about the enhancements to the team in order to better serve distributors, dealers, and customers.
